Palliser

Palliser is a bungalow that received room by room updates rather than a single gut renovation. The upstairs bedrooms were refreshed with new laminate flooring and neutral paint, and closets throughout were cleaned up with fresh shelving. One bathroom was fully updated with a white vanity, new shower stall, and tile flooring, while the main bath received a new countertop, tile backsplash and updated fixtures. Downstairs, the basement was fully developed into an open rec space with wall to wall carpet, pot lighting, and a closet built in under the stairs.
