Queenston

Queenston is a stucco and timber Tudor with the kind of character that gets lost in most renovations. Nyce Renos focused on restoring rather than replacing, refinishing the original oak hardwood floors throughout the main level and preserving the brick fireplace with its built-in glass front cabinetry on either side. The living room keeps its period trim and window casings intact, paired with fresh white walls and updated lighting. A wide entry hall with the original staircase and newel post ties the front rooms together, and the exterior stucco and red timber detailing were maintained to keep the home’s street presence.
