Ingersoll

Ingersoll is an older Winnipeg character home with features worth keeping: an enclosed front sunporch lined with original transom windows, arched cased openings between rooms, and a built-in bench nook off the living room. Nyce Renos kept all of it and renewed everything around it. Pale plank flooring runs through the main floor and into the bedrooms, with fresh paint, trim and lighting throughout. The kitchen was rebuilt in two-tone cabinetry with quartz counters, a black faucet and a full appliance package, the bathroom refreshed, and the basement brightened with new flooring and paint.
