Garlies

Garlies is a compact Winnipeg bungalow renovated across both levels. Nyce Renos ran the same pale plank flooring through the main floor and right down into the basement, so the whole house reads as one space rather than a house with a basement bolted on. A charcoal grid batten wall gives the dining area its focal point. The kitchen was rebuilt in white slab cabinetry with butcher block counters, a stacked tile backsplash and black hardware, the bathroom tiled floor to ceiling, and the lower level finished with a rec room and an extra bedroom.
