Pita Pit

Pita Pit went into a working gas station convenience store, which meant building a full food service line while the shop around it stayed open and stocked. Nyce Renos handled the fit-out. The service area was finished in stacked white subway tile with a Pita Pit wall graphic, dark plank flooring and a new lit ceiling. A refrigerated prep line with glass guard runs the length of the counter, backed by solid-surface work tops over black cabinetry, stainless undercounter equipment, a smoothie station and POS. Digital menu screens were mounted overhead on drop brackets.
