Bombay Spice

Bombay Spice was transformed through a complete commercial conversion, turning a former children’s dental space into a 5,000 sq. ft. grocery store with a dedicated takeout corner. The project was delivered from design through build, with the focus on adapting the existing space for its new retail purpose.
