377 Atlas is a main floor built for entertaining. Nyce Renos framed tray ceilings through the kitchen, dining and living rooms and ran concealed colour-changing LED in every cove, so the whole floor shifts from warm white to blue or red on a remote. In-ceiling speakers are set flush throughout. The kitchen works around a quartz island with a mitred waterfall end, white gloss cabinetry to the ceiling, a herringbone marble backsplash and brass fittings. In the living room, a stacked-stone chimney carries the television over a linear fireplace between lit built-ins and floating shelves.
