Berlin

Berlin is a compact older Winnipeg two-storey on a quiet street a short walk from the neighbourhood park — a solid home that had aged out of its finishes rather than its structure. Nyce Renos renovated it from the front door through to the basement. The main floor was opened between the living and dining areas so the whole level reads as one bright space, with light oak luxury vinyl plank running end to end and the staircase rebuilt in black and natural tones. The kitchen came back in white shaker cabinetry with a glossy black marble-look backsplash, stone-look counters and a full stainless appliance package.
