Chickenchef

Chicken Chef is a name Manitobans have known for decades, and this location needed a dining room that felt current without losing what regulars come back for. Nyce Renos handled the full interior fit-out. The dining room was reframed and refinished with a black grid ceiling, white walls, natural oak trim and slat wainscot, and commercial-grade carpet tile laid across the whole floor. New booth seating was built with channel-tufted upholstery, oak caps and quartz tabletops, divided by a half-wall clad in vertical gloss tile. The arched windows were recased in oak and left to carry the daylight.
