The Ferry

Ferry is a two-storey Winnipeg home renovated as an income property. Nyce Renos finished both levels as self-contained units, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, in-suite laundry and entrance off the front porch. Espresso plank flooring, white walls, new windows, doors and black hardware run through every room, so the two halves read as one standard rather than two jobs. Both kitchens are white slab cabinetry with quartz counters, tile backsplashes and full appliance packages. Charcoal batten and painted accent walls give the living rooms something beyond plain drywall without stretching the budget.
