KwaiiLand
NYCE RENOS
A New Shopfront That Belongs to an Old Building
KwaiiLand was developed as a first tenant fit-up for a gift shop within Winnipeg’s iconic Forks Market. The project focused on creating a distinctive retail environment that works naturally within the character of the existing heritage building. Nyce Renos brought together custom storefront joinery, display elements, lighting and finishes to create a cohesive retail experience. The result is a thoughtfully designed commercial space that combines the character of the building with a fresh and inviting shop environment.
