Royal

Royal Ave was a full interior renovation, updated room by room from the entryway to the kitchen. The living and dining spaces now feature warm hardwood-look flooring, crisp white walls, and recessed pot lighting throughout. The galley kitchen was rebuilt with white shaker cabinetry, butcher-block countertops, subway tile backsplash, and a full stainless steel appliance package. Two bedrooms received the same warm flooring and clean white walls, while the bathroom was refreshed with marble-look tile surround, a round floating mirror, and a simple white vanity. Original windows were kept and finished with crisp white trim throughout.
